Free women’s health seminar will discuss top five nutrition myths

A free women’s health seminar at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 28 will discuss top five nutrition myths. The event will take place at the Saint Barnabas Breast and Women’s Imaging Center 1 Robinson Drive, Suite 16, Bedminster.

Dr. Allyn Hernandez, board-certified radiologist and medical director of the Saint Barnabas Breast and Women’s Imaging Center at Bedminster will offer important insights into breast health and breast-cancer prevention.

Kelly Iorillo, a Saint Barnabas Registered dietitian and manager of Nutrition Services will share key nutrition strategies for active women.

Light refreshments and give-aways will be offered.

There is no cost to attend. Due to limited seating, registration is required by calling (888) 724-7123.

The next seminar, On Top of Osteoporosis: Early Detection and the Latest Treatments, will take place at 6:30 p.m. March 8.
