Are You Getting Enough Vitamins?

What Your Body May Be Trying To Tell You

The body seems to have a way of letting us know when something isn`t right and some of its signals are pretty well recognized. We know that leg cramps can be a deficiency in potassium, breakouts can be a deficiency in zinc, and bruising can be a lack of iron. Those are the well known signals - but what about the ones that may be not so recognizable that our body manifests through the skin, hair, and nails? Most of us are lacking in some vitamin or mineral.

Here`s some tips for recognizing certain deficiencies and how to get more of what you`re lacking. We, of course, must mention that in the course of educating you, we have no intention of anyone using this information to diagnose or treat any illness.

Can`t Put Your Finger On It?

So you know you`re body is trying to tell you something and you can’t put your finger on it. Meanwhile, nothing you change seems to be helping. Many people who have problems or ailments overlook the fact that they may be missing something in their daily intake and just automatically blame the affliction on something exterior - it must be something that added to them instead of something they are lacking - not always the case, and perhaps more often than not this isn`t the case. If something`s been troubling you for a while, you may need to see a doctor. Consider what you`re body and skin are trying to tell you and that you may be leaving a little something out.

What Does It Mean?

Of course, if you suspect you have any serious condition, whether listed here or not, we recommend you seek immediate attention from your doctor. That being said, here are some common indicators our skin, hair, and nails may give and what these indicators mean. Not only will we reveal what your skin is trying to tell you that you`re lacking in, we`ll suggest supplements for dealing with and correcting the problem. You may notice an immediate difference after the proper supplementation. Our body is wiser than we give it credit for sometimes.
